This is among the less complicated exercises. Prioritize safety; I can’t emphasize it enough, especially during standing exercises. Be careful; you might lose your balance quickly.
While standing, you can choose to bend or straighten your knees and grab an item with either the left, right, or both hands.
Get back up and reverse your previous action.
Consider adding weight; it’s a good way to challenge your body.
If this becomes simple, experiment with foot positions.
The focus isn’t on your lifting strength, but on your control. Begin with something simple, such as a shirt, and then try something more difficult.
