mOVE THE WEIGHT

relearning how to walk

Assume the position as shown in the picture to begin. 

This will be the simpler technique. You can increase the challenge with wrist weights or a tougher item.

Assume a plank position for the advanced version.

Move the weight in the opposite direction. Keep it simple with either a bottle of water or a pillow, then move up.
